Quick answers

Going live: Open RunLive before you run, allow location while the app is in use, and tap GO LIVE. Your phone can stay locked in a pocket; the broadcast keeps going.
Your film: When you finish, tap Finish & Render. The film renders on your phone and takes a few minutes. Save it to Photos, post it to your Story, or send the link.
Sparks and payouts: Sparks are bought through the App Store and sent to runners while they’re live. Runners cash out earned Sparks through Stripe once they reach the minimum; payouts follow a short hold.
Blocking and reporting: Hold on any post, comment or message to report it, or block the account from their profile. Reports reach us directly.
Deleting your account: In the app: Me, Settings, Delete Account. It removes your profile, runs, posts, messages and photos. Or email us from the address on your account and we’ll do it for you.
